Fulfillment & Shipping Times

Our orders are fulfilled through Rocktomic Labs’ Private Label Drop Shipping (PLDS) service, ensuring a swift and automated order fulfillment process.
Orders are processed and ready for carrier pickup within 2 business days from receipt. For instance, an order received on Monday will be ready by Wednesday.
Shipping occurs Monday to Saturday, excluding US Federal holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times

For USPS Domestic (US), the estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
For UPS Domestic (US), it typically takes 3-5 business days.
International shipments via GlobalPost or UPS Worldwide may take approximately 10-14 business days.

Operation Hours

Our fulfillment operations run Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 2 PM EST, with a cut-off time of 2 PM EST for orders with less than 20 units.
